Elephant’s Echoes:
Reimagining Cork for Leather

This is a design piece that explores the potential of cork as a sustainable alternative to leather. Inspired by my time in Thailand and the texture of Asian elephant skin, which has historically been poached for its leather, I wanted to challenge these materials.

Fossil Interpretation

The goal of this project is to explore fabric manipulationtechniques inspired by marine fossils, focusing on the unique textures,forms, and patterns found in sea fossils.

Beneath Our Feet
Fall 2024
I was inspired by the different concrete driveways that were in my neighborhood and the different textures and lines that each one. This project is dedicated to Savannah's concrete and long history behind these sidewalks and the wide variety of materials that were used throughout the city’s history.

Flower Accents- Cork Innovation
Fall 2024
Pattern flatbed printed on 12x12” all natural, recycled cork tile by B2C. Cork is lightweight, thermally insulating, waterproof, durable, and fire-retardant material.
