About Me
Hi, I’m Eliza!

I’m a textile designer from Knoxville, Tennessee, currently in my third year at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I’m majoring in Fibers. My passion is for textiles and interiors/apparel, and I explore that through weaving, printing, dyeing, and sewing. I’m eager to continue exploring and expanding my skills in these areas.
I am also very interested in designing for the future and sustainable making/producing. Many of my projects explore material innovation and derive from my personal experiences.
Nature is a central theme in my work; I draw inspiration from its intricate patterns and textures, interpreting them into my textile designs. I’m particularly fascinated by the concept of regrowth from decomposition, and I love experimenting with layering materials to create unique, tactile pieces that tell a story.
